From ROTC to Residential

Where It Started
Ben and Chase met through FSU's Army ROTC program, forming a bond through shared values of discipline, service, and leadership.
Military Service
Serving Our Country
Ben served as a Logistics Officer with the 3rd Infantry Division. Chase served as an Air Defense Artillery Officer in the Florida National Guard.

Task Force Founded
Ben and Chase launched Task Force Contractors in Tampa, bringing military discipline to commercial construction and facility services.

Commercial & Government Work
Established a track record managing large-scale commercial construction projects, government contracts, and disaster relief operations across Florida.

Expanding into Tampa Bay's custom residential market — bringing commercial-grade quality and military precision to every homeowner's vision.
